PLACES | sky garden

On Saturday, Sunny and I started our day 35 floors high. We went to visit the Sky Garden which is literally a green garden in the sky. It is FULL of palm tress and the architecture design is simple but stunning. There's something super modern about the curved glass. The view of London was the best I have ever seen. INTERIOR | marble w/ glass sink

Victor Vasilev is a  architect and designer whom seeks formal and material purity. This purity of form, we find in his sink Kub playing with straight lines, the transparency of glass and the strength of marble, making it virtually invisible useful object. I love every single one.

ACCESSORIES | watch

Iv needed an every day watch ever since the Ibiza incident. I normally go for gold but have recently swapped for silver. I was sick of having tarnished rings and as sterling silver is so much cheaper then gold, purchasing a large number of rings was more accessible.

I had to get a Larsson & Jennings. It's the most simple and modern yet classic watch currently on the market. The thinness of the face and the 'gentleman's' strap are was incised me in.

PLACES | ACNE Archive

So, I graduated today.... Meaning I'm back on the blog. After accepting a job at Harvey Nichols back in March, continuing to work with Zoe Jordan and House of Sunny along with completing my final three months of University and maintaing some kind of social life, I just couldn't find the time to blog. Plus the last thing I wanted to do at the end of a day was continue to write/edit on a computer!

However from my last exam in June, till now, I have seen, brought and been to plenty of places to tell you lot about, and number one on my list is the Acne Archive Store.

Sunny took me to Stockholm for my Birthday this year, and after receiving the plane tickets with my birthday card on June 6 I began my research. I read mixed reviews about the Acne Archive store and gathered it was all about timing and luck. Knowing it was the end of the season I was hoping for the best.

The store was small and discrete yet when in side it felt spacious. There was plenty of sizes to choose from and an amazing denim wall. They had a large mixture of different seasons and sold accessories, shoes and clothes with about 70% off and the staff couldn't have been more stylish and helpful if they tried.  What more would you want?

ACCESSORIES | gold grill

If you follow me on Instagram you are probably aware I wore this gold grill as part of my Holloween costume back in October. This gold grill has now become my favourite item of jewellery.

I don't wear it often but it can complete a basic outfit perfectly. The fact it has no jewels or details and is hardly noticeable makes it discrete and minimal. Sadly I'm still yet to get the boys approval.

I got this gold plated one on eBay. It comes with a self mould kit. (new obi)

FASHION | matte blk

I have always worn a lot of black, I'm a lazy dresser and sometimes look for convenience but I also believe there's a big difference between the 'stylish' and the 'show offs'. I look for a nice cut, fabric or design rather then a bold colour or print.

I have been obsessing over matte black, well matte everything tbh, it feels so modern. I got these matte black Stan Smiths and they are by far my best buy this year so far. They were £11.00 from an Adidas outlet shop in Portsmouth. Unlike most Stan Smiths they are full black making them feel super minimal.

They look good with my House Of Sunny matte black trousers as the slit falls open and exposes the Adidas logo on the side/sole of the shoe.
